Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

A. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay.

Q. MY CREDIT CARD WAS DECLINED, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

A. The majority of declined payments occur because of an incorrect billing address. Ensure that the address is entered accurate and complete. If the problem persists, reach out to your banking institution. 

Q. Iā€™M IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP OR DROP OFF A RETURN?

A. Unfortunately, Hollywood Luxury Hair cannot allow customers to stop by their distribution center.

Q. IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

A. If you happen to receive an item with a manufacturer's defect, please email luxuryhairhollywood@gmail.com.

Q. I WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE, WHAT DO I DO?

A. Hollywood Luxury Hair does not currently accept exchanges.

CAN I GET A REFUND

All sales are final and there are no refunds allowed due to the sanitary nature and high appeal of our products.

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, Order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

Customers are advised to complete all return requests within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify for a gift card or credit. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified, The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition (resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way (Original ties must remain in tact as it was received by the customer).

For your protection, we suggest that all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with signature. We are not responsible for lost items in transit. All sales are final on clearance and sale items. No returns will be accepted. The customer is responsible for all return freights in a product return transaction. Once received and determined to be in resealable form, a store credit or gift card would be issued. If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, your new order will not qualify for the promotion in question.
